I'll try to get some other that were on the server at the time to back this info up.
Jarjar3 was complaining about some sword he lost while in a pvp area, he lost it there so he can't really do anything. Anyway he constantly was talking in caps and wouldn't stop after he had been told to many times. someone asked that he be reported so here it is.
this is only one small instance btw, it's been like this for a while

Once he gets unmuted he will be jailed if he does it again, of course he will be warned to stop beforehand.
I think half a day/full day of being jailed will be a reasonable sentance.
