[Enjin Archive] I got Killed during a trade.

Ok, well I was buying dirt So I can Fix up this city I just bought. It was kb3obx. He was going to sell me the dirt so I warp to where he told me to. When I warp there I give him the gold, and he just kills me. I read about it that this was considered stealing during a trade. I don't want a refund but I just wanted to know if this was bannable.
