Don't think so. I can give you my old dungeon, if you want, Its been modified to a water grinder.
the problem is, the spawner was within 64 blocks of my other spawner, I was hoping to use both to farm string for wool production since it is such a rare commodity, and I need a lot of wool to finish the mush huts in seaworld

Spawners cannot be made, they can be bought from CS but those are only pig spawners, I need a spider spawner, and the server appears to be down for maint for about 10 mins.

I'm not sure about new (1.8,1.9) map generation, but old (1.6,1.7) generation had a tendency to "clump" dungeons. That is, there might be a handful of chunks with no dungeons, then a handful with two or more dungeons per chunk.
