What id we had a voice chat server like TeamSpeak, Ventrillo, or Skype? It would simplifying chat even more at least.

Yeah that would be great. I have used ventrillo and it is nice but it costs money and I cant afford to start one. We could do skype. Is teamspeak free?
a skype it could work but it would be cool if we used mics i know that 5 people of admins/good friends that have had a group going for a a while now if you want in on skype i can add you in on a new one

I think TeamSpeak cost's if you want to rent a server, but as daniel said, we could try Skype.
