Hey, my name is Hayden and I am relatively new to this community. I don't have any questions regarding how to make money or anything like that thanks to the helpful, in-depth wiki set-up by the server admins. One thing I have been wondering after the few weeks I have been playing is how can I contribute more to this community? I have started building my plot in the main world and have been having a blast but, I have become relatively lonely at my small, quaint, cobble-built, hut that is my plot. My main point is will any of you veteran minetowners invite me into their town or faction and show me the ropes?

Just put out a message in-game asking for a town to join, and you'll find one.

Best way would be to make friends, you'll soon be off on adventures with them and working on projects with them.
Once you've been around minetown for a little while and have some good builds up you should apply for the Builder Rank to create things for the server.
Or create your own unofficial events and host them, show you're good at these and apply for Events Team <object class="emojione" data="https://resources.enjin.com/1489581540/themes/core/images/emojione/svg/1f642.svg?0" type="image/svg+xml" standby=":)">:)</object>
There are lots of ways to contribute to the server, just get the ball rolling and you'll soon be noticed.

Thanks Hayden...My first impressions on this community are fantastic! The people on here are mature, helpful, and know how to have a good time. I took TNT's advice on asking for a town to go to and I had two people direct me to Newbie town (which I knew about) and they each donated mtc and items to help me explore the vast world that is MineTown.
