I applied for Dev, but no one ever got back to me with an acceptance or a decline, I was just curious:)
(may not be my place to speak but) just be patient the admins and mods are very busy with the server being move so it may take longer than you might have hoped it would. I was told by a few staff members that they don't tell you if you didn't get it. They will come to you if you got it.

No staff member checks the Dev Applications. Sawine himself goes through them and promotes who he feels is suitable, currently he's a pretty busy guy so it may take some time before he gets the chance to go through them.
