You should be able to undo that by using "/ignore lyletoast" again.

Can you explain how this happened? This seems like a bug that should be brought before the plugins dev.. Were you simply derping about and decided to ignore yourself to see if it would work?

I'm pretty sure he just /ignored himself to try it, and just didnt know how to unignore.
