Does anybody know what the green claims on the world map represent? I am use to seeing red claims but recently there has been an increasing amount of green claims (some with green borders and some with black borders) and I would like to know what they signify. Thanks.

Green claims are claims considered "unused", typically owned by players who have been inactive for around a month
