[Enjin Archive] Can't Talk in Global -- Was I Muted?

When I try to talk on global, a message saying "You do not have permission to talk in global" appears and I can't discuss in global. I'm unable to use /mail or /pm.
I'm able to talk in clan and ally chat, however.
Is this because I may have been muted by a moderator for something I said or is it a glitch?
I've also noticed that I can't use the /clan command and a message stating "Insufficient permissions" appears.

The server is undergoing some Permissions updates. Please be patient as everything will be fixed shortly. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Also this happened to me, Found out I cant talk in global if I am in VaultWorld, In main i can though =D.
It happened to me, too. I can't talk in global when yesterday, I could.
I PM'd a mod about it and he said I wasn't a normal player so I sent him my app I got accepted in and he said a high staff should be here shortly.
But for now, I can't build nor talk, unfortunately. :/
