how to pload a profile picture i tryed to by pressing upload a avatar i there another way to upload a picture because when i click the upload avatar it just doesnt do anything so can you plz help me thank you in advance

You have to remove the current avatar before you upload one.

and how do i do that just asking

It will say remove beside upload.

i tryed that and it did nothing

You might have to sign out as your character.
