Thank you for posting this. I have really decided to reflect on my actions and believe every single person that says they didn't do something just because they said so, despite heaps of evidence and years of experience moderating on the server.   I would rather have three honest players online than have someone who is x-raying and lying about it. Coming on here and pretending like you're some savior of the server who got banned for no reason is not going to get you unbanned; nor is anyone hopping on to "join your cause." We will continue to run the server the way we have for the past 15 years and it will continue to go steady. Our server is paid for completely by the community who plays within the rules and enjoys the server the way it is. As long as we have a welcoming community to the people who play fairly, and we can keep the server running, we'll be fine.   I'd appreciate it more if your "constructive criticism" had more solid argument to it and not just trying to get out of a ban where you very clearly were cheating. We are very lenient when it comes to bans. You could have easily had a reduced ban by admitting to it and accepting the consequences; but instead you threw a fit. I'm not going to remove this post. We never remove posts that critique the server. We address the concerns and change if we determine that further action is needed. In this case, you bring up no valid points; just crying about being banned instead of facing the consequences. Unless you have anything of value to say, you will be removed from the forums. Anyone else is welcome to chime in if they have real concerns about the server.

Clearly this isn't going anywhere. Each of these are solid proof of x-raying and these are sorry excuses. Would've been better off saying "trust me bro" instead of making up stuff about YouTube videos.   Yes, you can mine in random directions and eventually hit debris. Unlike everyone else though, you hit every single debris. That is not lucky, that's x-raying. Making larger tunnels to say you were a normal player does not actually make you a normal player or get you out of a ban; nor does dying in lava.   The "I'm a normal player I swear I didn't do it" card only works the first time. This is very obvious x-ray. Appeal is denied. Thread will be locked. If you make a new thread or continue on an old one asking to be unbanned your forums account will just be removed. "Hey so I was just banned for x-raying, I seriously was not." Oh, well in that case- Wait a minute, haven't we had this exact conversation before? That's right, we did! You were unbanned 3 days ago after you made an appeal for the previous rule breaking - one of those reasons being x-raying. You said you wouldn't do it again and we left it at that, letting you play again on the server so long as you didn't break any more rules. And yet, here we are again.   1. Mining for quartz (40-something-y level) pretty normal, other than mining straight into a wall for it. But whatever, it's just quartz. But since you just did your RTP into the borderworlds, there'd be no reason to mine up, right? Just go straight down to your spot. 2. Same location, but for some reason you decided to turn around and mine behind you, but also straight up to more quartz and get the debris? Okay, sure, maybe that's just lucky though! After all, you only found one of the two debris there and the other one wasn't at all visible. 3. You stood still for a good minute and a half, presumably messing with x-ray resource packs, staring at a wall. Had enough time to toggle the one I was using to watch you mine with. Clearly no reason to turn around and mine that wall right beside you, right? After all, if you thought it might be another stray debris you'd mine it instantly, or walk away if you didn't think of that. 4. Oh. I see. So you just... wanted to mine specifically right there and walk away after? Right... 5. Now we're at your spot all the way at the lower depths. But what's this? Ancient debris ahead of you that's too high up? Yeah right when you got close you started mining upwards towards it. Your large tunnels aren't fooling me just because you broke more blocks than you had to. 6. Let's go to the last one. There's clearly a batch of debris that I just summoned in that wasn't there before. Somehow, you magically started to gravitate towards it and turned the complete opposite direction just to head that way. I removed it before you got there, and you turned right back around to go to the next closest debris instead. Honestly I'm not sure how you didn't realize at that point that I was watching.   So I'd like to go through each thing in your appeal. "I seriously was not" proven false. "There is no way you have screenshots because I was not" proven false. "I have been grinding for the past couple days-" pro- Oh, wait, you actually were. Nice, took you 20 minutes to find all 62 netherite ingots worth of debris! That might be a new record, maybe you'll get the next netherite beacon! And FYI, dying due to lava that you couldn't see is not evidence that you weren't x-raying. That just means you weren't paying attention. Now, last couple things: I don't care what your brother was doing. I ain't reading allat nor does it matter. If something happened on your account, that is your responsibility alone. But you say you have recordings! I'd really like to see how any one of those can prove you didn't x-ray at all on the server.   You can return to the server in one month. No sooner. Your netherite has been confiscated. If you choose to return in a month, there will  be no additional consequences - players are treated the same despite past bans, the only difference is harsher punishments for repeated offenders.   Hope to see you in time for Christmas! I'm so sorry, you're right. You just happened to change your name from Spudnik006 to PotatoFan something I don't even remember - right after Spudnik007 got banned. Looks like you were just looking out for the staff team and making sure we didn't get confused between the two of you. Thanks so much!   Unfortunately, I went to try and unban you, but it said "Error: Cannot unban. Name to similar to banned player." So I won't be able to unban you anytime soon, sorry. Just kidding! I'm locking this forum. If you make a new forum, I will remove it and ban your forums account. You can come back and join us in a week on your main account. If you join on another account, I'm permanently banning your IP from joining again. You and your friends are disregarding all rules and will get banned for it.
