Well. "At war" with everybody. You should maybe write. We are Not ally with other factions, and we don't plan to. But not war, Caus if you are at war, you can't complain about being killed by other factions. So to me, it's a message like "If you are a rebel, i will kill you", so I can kill you without you arguing.
